Installation is straightforward: remove the third brake light, fit the mount and reinstall the light. The kit includes anchor plates and stainless steel screws for double fixation, and a rubber gasket seats the mount securely against the cab frame. A magnetic foot steadies it on the roof so it will not bounce at highway speeds or in strong crosswinds, and shock absorbing foam helps protect the dish. Getting the dish high and steady is the single easiest way to improve speed and reduce dropouts from trees, vehicles and buildings.
Constructed from heavy gauge steel with a durable powder coated finish, the mount resists corrosion and weather and is built for tough terrain.
