Where do you ship?

Across the United States. Some items can also ship to Canada and other countries; availability is shown at checkout.

How much is shipping?

Many items ship free within the United States. Where a charge applies, it is shown at checkout before you pay.

How long will my order take?

Orders ship from our partner suppliers. Delivery times vary by item and the estimate is shown at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You will receive an email with a tracking link once your order ships. Orders with items from more than one supplier may arrive in separate packages.

What is your return policy?

You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer. See our Returns Policy for details.

Will this work with my dish?

Each product page lists which dishes the item is designed for. If you are not sure, contact us before ordering and we will help.

How long will a battery run my Starlink Mini?

The Mini typically draws about 25 to 40 watts. Divide the battery's watt hours by that figure and allow 10 to 20 percent for losses. Our power guide explains more.
